Hello lovely people! The semester has arrived and I know that some of us start to get anxious about all the work that is to come. Along with all the sleepless nights and breakdowns when it feels to be too much. So from college student to college student, I just wanted to send some positive vibes your way so we can start the semester off on a good note. First of all, I want you to know that when you feel that you can’t go on anymore, I’ll be there for you. If no one else believes in you, know that I believe in you. You can do whatever you put your mind to. Push yourself past your limits and set goals for yourself. Reward yourself when you complete a goal. Lord knows we all need a little motivation to keep us going. So grab some ice cream or a puppy and keep them wheels rollin’. But for real when you need a break, take one. Please please take care of your body. Give yourself a bubble bath with your favorite candle burning or read a book with a glass of your favorite wine in your hand. Or just dance your feelings out with essential oils helping release some of your stress. Push yourself, but don’t over do it. Your mind knows what you can handle, so listen to it. Constantly feed your mind with positive energy. If you had a rough last semester, don’t let it stop you. Trust me, mine was rough and not going to lie it definitely took a hit to my confidence. But if it wasn’t for my oh so wonderful fiancé always there to push me back on my feet then I’d probably still be worried about it right now. So yes, you can still do it. Please please don’t give up on a future that you truly want. If you can see it, you can build it. So throw on your fav pair of jeans with that cute shirt you swear you couldn’t live without and own this semester. But anyway, I truly hope this gets you through a rough late night or maybe even after a test you just bombed because I believe in you. I love you all dearly.
